What we collect
We collect only the information needed to prepare your quote and coordinate your trip — name, contact details, country of residence, preferred travel dates, and the scalp photos you choose to send for a written hair analysis.
How we use it
Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, arrange travel and accommodation, and share the medical brief with the specific clinic that will treat you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with the partner clinic, hotel, transfer provider and airline directly involved in your booking. Each is contractually required to handle your data confidentially and to delete it after the trip.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@hairvanacare.com. We respond within 30 days.
Terms of Service
The terms that govern your booking with Hairvana Albania as a travel and concierge agency.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written itinerary has been issued in your name. The deposit secures your travel dates, hotel room and clinic slot; the balance is settled on arrival.
Cancellations and changes
Trips cancelled more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival are eligible for a full refund of the concierge fee, less any non-refundable airline or hotel costs already incurred on your behalf. Changes to travel dates are accommodated where the clinic and hotel have availability.
What the package covers
Your package covers the travel, accommodation, transfers and concierge services listed on the tier you selected. Medical fees at the partner clinic are quoted separately once the surgeon has reviewed your scalp photos and confirmed the recommended graft count.
Governing law

We are a concierge, not a clinic
Hairvana Albania acts solely as a travel and concierge agency. We arrange travel, accommodation, transfers and appointments with independent, accredited third-party medical clinics in Tirana. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any medical procedure.
Independent medical providers
All medical procedures are performed exclusively by independent, licensed medical professionals at accredited clinics. Those clinics — not Hairvana Albania — are responsible for the medical care they deliver, including consultation, surgical technique, anaesthesia, medication and post-operative treatment.
No medical liability
Hairvana Albania holds no medical liability of any kind. We make no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any procedure — including graft survival, final density, aesthetic result, or absence of complications. Clients are strongly advised to review the credentials of the treating clinic and surgeon and to seek independent medical advice before booking.
Your consent lies with the clinic
Informed consent for the procedure is obtained by the treating clinic on the day of surgery, in a language you understand. Any change to the recommended surgical plan may result in an adjustment to the medical fee, which is communicated to you in writing before the procedure begins.
